あと1週間後となったサマーソニック2014に出演するロバート・プラントのセットリストを予想してみました
サマーソニック2014は、洋楽で言うとクィーン＋アダム・ランバートが話題になっていますが、僕的にはそれ以上の大物ロバート・プラントが自身のバンドセンセーショナル・スペース・シフターズを率いてライブをするほうがずっとセンセーショナル。来日前に備えてセットリストを予想してみました。

グラストンベリーフェスティバルでのライブ
ロバート・プラントは、今はセンセーショナル・スペース・シフターズの活動が気に入っているようで、動画も見てみましたが、かなりロック色も強いし、何よりもロバート・プラントのボーカルが全く衰えていないと言うことがもう驚きを隠せないという感じで、積極的にライブ活動をしている。乗りに乗っているというのは、こういうことをいんじゃないかという印象を受けましたよ。
今年の6月末にイギリスのグラストンベリーフェスティバルでのライブです。BBSが撮影したもので、画像も音も良いです。
セットリスト
今回のサマーソニックはフェスなので、単独ライブよりは時間も短縮されるため、このグラストンベリーでのライブでのセットリストがそのまま踏襲される感じがします。ちなみにこの動画で演奏されている曲は以下のとおりです。

このライブの特徴は、
- ツェッペリンの曲がしっかり演奏されているということ
- 新作「lullaby and… The Ceaseless Roar」から2曲演奏されていること
で、まずツェッペリンの曲については、かなりアレンジされていてBlack Dogをツェッペリンのそれをイメージしたら衝撃を受けます、あまりにも違いすぎて。
重要なのは、新作「lullaby and… The Ceaseless Roar」は9月10日に発売されるのですが、すでに6月に2曲も演奏されているということから、ロバート・プラントがこのアルバムに気合を入れているということがよーくわかります。
